Imperial Dielsel is a small family-owned industrial equipment manufacturer.
We do not strive for growth (although we are growing); but we do strive to make our customers smile.
So whether it's one of our small 8kw Power Kings or our 200kw Imperial generators,
you are not just investing in industrial-quality equipment and service--you're taking part in a family tradition.
We're celebrating how things used to be. We hope you'll join us.
Imperial Diesel Generators began with one man and his vision of a power-generating system that was both dependable and affordable. The concept was simple: Start with a dependable diesel engine that's also efficient and and easy to maintain, add the best cooling and control systems components available, and build each one as if it was the only one.
At first, the generators were rigorously tested and perfected within the Amish communities of the
North. Now, 27 years later, Imperial Diesel has three product lines in use throughout the United States, Canada, South America, Guam, the Caribbean, and even Saudi Arabia.
From factories to farms, construction sites to homesteads, Imperial Diesel Generators have proven their value in a wide range of applications. And yes, each Imperial Diesel Generator is still manufactured with the same precision and attention the very first one received.
Quality. It's not just a sentimental value at Imperial Diesel; it isn't something we just shoot for to be better than others. Quality is part of our lives. It's who we are. It comes from our quiet but firm belief that God does all things well, and so should we.
At Imperial Diesel, we back up our work with a long-standing tradition of quality.
We only use component suppliers and represent products of companies that share our commitment to integrity and customer satisfaction.
Every Imperial Diesel Generator undergoes a demanding series of tests before it is certified.
We make sure everything is perfect before we ship a product.
When your Imperial Diesel arrives, you'll know that every bolt is tight, every valve adjusted, and every kilowatt ready to go to work for you. Our service is "hands on" and personal--just like our building processes.
We go the extra mile to make our product as good as it can be; even preparing every Imperial Diesel generator with John Deere (TM) brand coolant (at more than $8 a gallon, when we could use any cheaper brand); but we know that, over time, the silica content and electrolytic qualities of cheaper coolant cause pitting in the coolant passages of engines and shorten the life of water pumps. Our Power Kings provide a lifetime of power and, if cared for, can be handed down like an heirloom.
Over the last 27 years, we established a reputation in our industry for stubborn commitment to quality and customer service that you can bank on.
Talk about your power needs and goals with our customer service associate, Dan, and you'll begin to notice something different: He takes time with you and learns what your true needs are. Dan may point out some things you haven't thought of
that may save you money or may make the installation planning simpler.
We'd rather you not do business with us than invest in the wrong equipment. We also don't believe in "selling up" and we know that too large of a generator can be as undesirable as too small. Our goal is to serve you in a way that is best for you--our customer.
